planes. Together we will be exploring these planes and applying our new
knowledge to different situations.

Introduction, Around the Block, Make a Map, Describe the Graph, and Games. Starting with
Introduction, go through all of the activities in each tab.
You MUST complete the activities in Make a Map and Describe the Graph.
The games are a fun way for you to test your skills.

Around the Block
This video will give an example of how one can use a coordinate plane in every day life.

Let's Make a Map!
The video will provide directions for the activity.
You will need:
-Graph paper (I have given this to you)
-Pencil
-Colored pencils/crayons/markers (choose one please)
The map key can be on the graph paper OR on a separate sheet of paper. It is up to you!
Make sure to put your name on your map.

Locate the Aliens
Type in the (x, y) coordinates of the aliens. See how many you can locate in 90 seconds!
Billy Bug Game
Click on the arrow keys to guide Billy to the coordinates of the "hidden grub". When he arrives click "feed" and he will feed himself.
